Our SOAR Positive Behaviour Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Matrix is designed to promote a culture of respect, responsibility, and safety throughout our school community.
What is SOAR?
SOAR represents our core values and expectations for behaviour:

How Does the SOAR Matrix Work?
Our SOAR Matrix outlines specific behavioural expectations aligned with each component of SOAR These expectations are reinforced through explicit teaching, modelling, positive reinforcement, and consistent feedback. By clearly defining expected behaviours and acknowledging students' efforts to meet these expectations, we create a positive and inclusive school climate where all students can succeed.
