I am delighted to extend my warmest greetings to you as the newly appointed principal of East Lake School. My name is Amanda Schultz, and I am both honored and excited to be stepping into the role previously held by Mr. Jordan Fenton.
I’m bringing with me 19 years of service in the field of education, all within Rocky View Schools. My most recent position was as Assistant Principal at Chestermere Lake Middle School, where I had the privilege of contributing to the growth and development of students since 2019. Prior to this, I served as Assistant Principal at Bow Valley High and at RVS Community Learning Centre. My journey in education began in the classroom, teaching at Cochrane High and at Bearspaw School.
As I step into this new role, I am thrilled to become a part of the East Lake community and am eager to build meaningful connections with the students, families, and staff that make this school unique. Together, we will continue to foster an environment where each Eagle learner can SOAR - be Safe, Organized, Accountable, and Respectful.
I am committed to working closely with all of you to ensure a positive and enriching educational experience students. My door is always open, and I encourage you to reach out with any thoughts, concerns, or ideas.
